I had such a beautiful experience at Casa Regina in Hackney. Brenda is genuinely one of the most caring and intuitive therapists I’ve ever met. From the moment I arrived she made me feel safe and at ease, and during the massage she seemed to understand exactly what my body needed without me even having to say it. I usually struggle with stress, anxiety and letting go, but this session allowed me to truly relax, surrender control and release a lot of built-up tension and emotions. It felt healing on so many levels. The space itself is also really calming and nurturing, which added to the whole experience. I left feeling lighter, calmer and very grateful. I can’t recommend Brenda enough if you’re looking for a genuinely holistic massage experience.
